Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.Revision Case No.778/2019 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. GURUPRASAD M. Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to exempt the petitioner from surrendering before the Appellate Court in pursuant to the judgement dated 13.06.2019 made in C.A.No.5 of 2018 on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Namakkal, pending disposal of the revision petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is exempted from surrendering before the Appellate Court in pursuant to the judgement dated 13.06.2019 made in C.A.No.5 of 2018 on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Namakkal, pending disposal of the above Criminal Revision case. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
