ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the impugned order in Ref.No.6773/2024/A2 dated 15.12.2024 passed by the respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given representation on 18.06.20225 to review the Suspension Order dated 15.12.2024.

3. At this juncture, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent on written instructions from the Revenue Divisional Officer, Erode would fairly submits that they would consider the petitioner's representation in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.81, Human Resources Department, dated 04.08.2022.

4. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel on either side and also perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of fair submissions made by the Special Government Pleader, without going to the merits of the writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 2/4

18.06.2025 and pass orders according to its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
