ORDER

After arguing the matter on 15.09.2025, it was brought to the notice of the court that the petitioner had deceased during the pendency of the present writ petition and accordingly, the matter was listed today under the caption 'for being spoken to'.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that yesterday after the matter was heard, it was learnt that the petitioner had deceased during the pendency of the present writ petition and as such, the present writ petition stands abated.

3. In view of the aforesaid submissions, since the petitioner is no more, the writ petition is closed as abated. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
