The petitioner who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 379 of IPC in Crime No.480 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already been arrested.

Therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.
