This original petition has been filed taking advantage of Section 372 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925 seeking Succession Certificate with respect to securities in the name of the deceased G.Jaya @ Jaya Ganesan. Her husband is the 2nd petitioner and her daughter is the 1st petitioner. 2.After effecting paper publication, the petitioners were invited to adduce evidence. The 1st petitioner examined herself as PW-1. The death certificate of Jaya Ganesan was marked as Ex.P3. The legal heirship certificate was marked as Ex.P4. The documents relating to the share holding and with respect to the IDBI Bank Limited were marked as Exs.P1 and P2. The paper publication was marked as Ex.P10. The consent affidavit given by the 2nd petitioner was marked as Ex.P11.

3.In view of the evidence adduced, this Original Petition stands allowed. The Succession Certificate may be issued in the name of the 1st petitioner, Meenakshi Raamassubramanian.
