2. It is seen from the records that after the enquiry conducted under Section 81 of the Act, and based on the enquiry, proceedings have been initiated under Section 87 of the Act. Accordingly, notices were issued to the petitioners. Since no interim orders were granted in these Writ Petitions, the enquiry proceedings proceeded against the petitioners. Therefore, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the notice issued by the third respondent, and these Writ Petitions are devoid of merits.

3. Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs. 30.08.2024 Index:Yes/No kv 3/5
