The petitioner has filed this petition seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to grant Patta in the name of the petitioners with respondent to his property bearing Plot No.10 measuring 2400 Sq.ft., Iyyappa Nagar, 5th street, comprised in Survey No.174/2, Madipakkam Village, Sholinganallur Taluk, Kancheepuram District within the Registration District of Chennai South, and Sub Registration District of Velachery, without insisting on a No-objection Certificate from the 2nd respondent in accordance with the Judgment of this Hon'ble Court in W.P.Nos.2856 to 2859 of 2014 dated 14.02.2014 as confirmed by the Judgment in W.A.Nos.975 to 978 of 2015 dated 25.07.2016.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Page No.2 of 5

Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the patta has already been issued to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner also ratifies the same.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
