Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to sanction and settle the retirement benefits to the
petitioner's namely provident Fund, Gratuity and Pension for the services rendered by the petitioner from 22.06.1987 to 30.06.2011 in the light of the representation dated 13.05.2022 within a reasonable time frame. ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the second respondent to sanction and settle the retirement benefits to the petitioner viz., provident Fund, Gratuity and Pension for the services rendered by the petitioner from 22.06.1987 to 30.06.2011 in the light of the representation dated 13.05.2022.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 & 5 and perused the materials available on record.
3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.05.2022 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of
receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
