Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to survey the land in survey No.54/1A an extent of 9 cents situated at Pandiyamkuppam, Chinasalem Taluk, Kallakurichi District on the basis of the application dated 01.09.2021 made by the petitioner. ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to survey the land in survey No.54/1A an extent of 9 cents situated at Pandiyamkuppam, Chinasalem Taluk, Kallakurichi District on the basis of the application dated 01.09.2021 made by the petitioner.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner submitted application to survey his property owned by him in survey No.54/1A an extent of 9 cents situated at Pandiyamkuppam, Chinasalem Taluk, Kallakurichi District. He also paid requisite fees before the official concerned.

3. Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to survey the petitioner's property comprised in survey No.54/1A an extent of 9 cents situated at Pandiyamkuppam, Chinasalem Taluk, Kallakurichi District after issuance of notice to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any, and complete the survey within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
