O R D E R

It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the request sought for by the petitioner to conduct demonstration in a particular place was rejected after filing of this Writ Petition and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the said order and also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Per contra, Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader, who appears on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would submit that since the place is an https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

objectionable place, two other alternate places were suggested and it was not accepted by the petitioner.

3. In the light of the endorsement, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the liberty sought for is granted. No costs.
