This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to settle all the benefits of the deceased employee Chockalingam, Emp.No.DR.6187, to the petitioner based on the order passed in Approval Petition No.120 of 2020 dated 22.10.2021 on the file of the Labour Commissioner, Chennai, in representation dated 12.12.2022.

2. Heard, Mr.M.Selvam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr. P.Ganesan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent and Mr. L.S.M.Hasan Fizal, learned counsel appearing for the second and third respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the 2nd and 3rd respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.12.2022 and pass orders on merits and in 2/4

accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
