This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed to call for the records and to set aside the order dated 22.10.2021 passed in Cr.M.P.No.1221 of 2020 in S.C.No.54 of 2020 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Court, Namakkal.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Revision Petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.
