Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of directing the 1st to 3rd respondents to take immediate departmental and criminal action against the 4th to 6th respondents on merits and in accordance with the law within the time frame as may be fixed by this Honourable Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, though has filed this writ petition as an adversarial writ petition, after having realized the same that it is the common issue pertaining to the village concerned as well as the Panchayat Union level where the village is located, hence in order to espouse the public cause on behalf of the entire village people, the petitioner can better prefer a Public Interest Litigation on the very same grievance. Hence, she wants to withdraw the writ petition and to file a Public Interest Litigation in the manner known to law.

2. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
