Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the Respondent herein to implement the award dated 13.04.1999 passed by the Labour Court in I.D.No.116 of 1997 and to appoint the petitioner in the Government Express Transport Corporation as a permanent Junior Assistant as confirmed in order dated 30.01.2009 in W.P.No.19991 of 1999 and order dated 05.11.2012 in W.A.No.1758 of 2012.

The learned counsel for the writ petitioner made a submission that the grievances of the writ petitioner has been redressed. Thus, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition.
