PRAYER:- The Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents police to produce the petitioner's minor daughter namely, S.Pooja , aged about 16 years, before in this Court and hand over to the petitioner. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) The present Habeas Corpus Petition is filed to direct the respondents police to produce the petitioner's minor daughter namely, S.Pooja , aged about 16 years, before in this Court and hand over to the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the detenue is produced before this Court. We have interacted with the detenue, who is now aged about 17 years and she has stated that she is not willing to go with her mother. Now, she is staying in the Home.

3. Since the detenue is not willing to go with her mother, the detenue is directed to remain in the Home until she attains the age of majority.

4. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. (J.NISHA BANU J.)
