ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the first respondent relating to R.No.A3/73026/2003, dated 05.09.2003 and to quash the same and direct the first respondent to consider the application dated 19.05.2003 in accordance with law. The only grievance of the petitioner is that there is no stage carriage vehicle plying between Salem and Panangadu and that the petitioner may be permitted to use his vehicle for the said route. When the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent contended that there is already a vehicle plying in the said route and hence, the petitioner may not be entitled to the relief sought for, this Court directed the learned Government Advocate to produce the details regarding the vehicle number of the stage carriage plying in the said route. Accordingly, learned Government Advocate produced the details of the vehicles https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
plying in the said route, vide communications, dated 01.06.2017, 30.09.2015, 01.03.2008 and 10.05.2005 of the Secretary of the Regional Transport Authority, Salem and the petitioner has also verified the said details in the said communications. In view of the same, nothing further survives for consideration in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. W.P.M.P. and W.V.M.P. are closed.
