After some arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that she would withdraw the Writ Petition on behalf of the petitioner, of course with liberty to approach the appropriate forum, in future, in case of any trouble, if the petitioner faces in future. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
