This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to amend the preamble and prayer of grounds of the said Revision Petition with respect to D.V.C. number as D.V.C.No.7 of 2022 instead of D.V.C.No.7 of 2023.

2. Mr.S.R.Varun Karthik, learned counsel for petitioners submitted that due to oversight, an inadvertent typographical error crept in the number of D.V.C. in preamble and in prayer of the grounds of the said revision petition, it was mentioned as D.V.C.No.7 of 2023 instead of D.V.C.No.7 of 2022. Hence, he has filed the above petition praying to amend the preamble as well as prayer of the grounds in the above C.R.P.

3. Mr.S.Kamadevan, learned counsel appearing for respondent appeared and raised formal objections in allowing this petition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and on considering rival submissions made by both sides, this court is inclined to allow this petition. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the D.V.C. number in preamble and prayer of grounds of the aforesaid revision petition.
