Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Second Respondent to refund the sum of Rs. 2,92,000/- received from the Petitioner towards the advance and lease rental for the temple premises situate No.27, Perumal Mudali Street, Anna Salai, Chennai 600 002, together with interest at the rate of 18% per annum from the date of payment i.e., 31.05.2017 by the Petitioner.
