Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the transfer order dated

26.06.2021 of the first respondent in proceeding No.T.IX.01/2021-DA-9-ESTT-DTE(IZT-2021) and subsequent order dated 18.08.2021 of the second respondent in proceeding No.T-IX46(SCT)/2021-CZ-Estt-1 and the order dated 17.09.2021 of the fourth respondent in proceeding No.T-IX-17/2021(SCT-2021)-MPSEC-IV transferring the petitioner to the first Battalion, CRPF, Neemuch(MP) and quash the same so far as petitioner is concerned and retain him in Group Centre, CRPF, Avadi as he has left with less than 20 months only for his superannuation i.e. at the end of July 2023 and the implementation of the order dated 25.02.2021 of this Court regarding his promotions avenue being processed by the fifth respondent.
