This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioners to report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30a.m.

until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.8621 of 2023 dated 21.04.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., 1st working day of English calender month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
