This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 187 days in filing the criminal appeal as against Judgment dated 10.10.2024 passed in C.C.No.44 of 2015 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Polur, Thiruvannamalai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

Though notice was served on the respondent, there is no representation for the respondent either-in-person or through learned counsel.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 187 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
