Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to transfer order signal dated 30.07.2021 issued by the 2nd respondent in proceedings No.T-IX01/2021-DA-3 and his subsequent order in signal dated 26.08.2021 in proceedings No.T-IX-01/2021-DA-3 transferring petitioner to 71 Battalion, CRPF, Tripura and quash the same and retain the petitioner in composite hospital Group Centre, CRPF, Avadi till petitioner superannuation on 30.06.2023 considering as a terminal posting.
