ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to provide adequate police protection for ingress and egress of vehicles and people from in and out of the petitioner company premises and further vacate the trespassing workmen by ensuring that no striking workers assemble illegally in any form within the radius of 500 meters from the petitioner's company premises viz. No.60, BHEL Road, Mukundarayapuram, Sipcot, Ranipet 632 405, pursuant to the petitioner's complaint dated 22.08.2022.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that the upon receipt of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 22.08.2022, petition enquiry was conducted and closed. He further submitted that, if the petitioner company is having any problem and wanted protection for free ingress and egress of vehicle and people, the respondent police is ready to take action in accordance with law, after receipt of fresh complaint from them.
3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is directed to give fresh representation to the respondent police and on such representation being received, the respondent police is directed to consider the same and take action immediately, on its own merits and in accordance with law.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 19.10.2022 Index:Yes/No mst To
