ORDER

The petitioner being aggrieved by the summon issued by the second respondent on the complaint given by one Kalaimani in C.S.R.No. 440 of 2024 is before this Court alleging that the transaction between the petitioner and the said Kalaimani is purely civil in nature and money dispute, given a colour.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that pursuant to the complaint received from Kalaimani, the petitioner was summoned on 3.05.2024 and 03.06.2024 and thereafter, the complaint was

closed as civil in nature on 18.06.2024. He further submits that Avadi CCB has registered FIR in Cr.No. 71 of 2024 dated 31.07.2024 as against this petitioner and his wife on the complaint given by Kalaimani alleging breach of trust and cheating and the same will be investigated in accordance with law.

3. Recording the said statement made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of since nothing survives as far as the impugned summon challenged in this Original Petition..
