This Writ petition has been filed to call for records relating to the 1st respondent's proceedings made in G.O.(D) No.91, Transport (C1) Department dated 14.07.2004 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to extend all benefits of Variable Dearness Allowance, hitherto being paid. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents and Petitioner's Association would submit that on 16.07.2007 they have sent a letter to the respondents and petitioner's Association, to settle the matter amicably and also to take steps to withdraw the writ petition.

3.The letter was perused, the respondents and petitioner's Association did not make any objection to the letter sent. 4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed.
