C.M.P.No.21670 & 21761 of 2019 in CRP.Nos. 112 & 113 of 2016 V.BHARATHIDASAN,J.

These petitions have been filed to restore the CRP Nos.112 & 113 of 2016 which were dismissed as infructuous on 08.03.2019.

2. This Court by an order dated 08.03.2019 dismissed the Revision Petitions as infructuous giving liberty to the petitioner to revive the Civil Revision Petitions, since exparte decree has been passed against him.

3. Now the present petitions have been filed on the ground that on payment of cost, the exparte decree passed against the petitioner has been set aside. Hence, he filed these petitions to revive the Civil Revision Petitions.

4. Considering the fact that now exparte decree passed against the petitioner is set-aside as per order the order passed by this Court, dated 08.03.2019, these petitions are allowed and the Civil Revision petitions are restored .
