O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for directing the respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioner with regard to encashment of privilege leave to his credit of 240 days within short date that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. This Court, without expressing any opinion on merits of the present petition, directs the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the concerned respondents within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such representation being made, the concerned respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of one month therefrom.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
