ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing , Mr.C.Emalias, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that Durai Murugan aged about 20 years who is studying III year B.Com., had fallen in love with his college mate and they both ran away pursuant to which on 07.10.2016, the father of the petitioner gave a complaint based on which the 2nd respondent police has registered a case in Crime No.608 of 2016 on 28.10.2016 for "Boy Missing". During investigation, Durai Murugan has been secured and in a statement to the police he has stated that he wanted to live with his parents.
2. Mr.R.Sankarasubbu, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted no harm befalls on Durai Murugan as he was in love with the girl of his own choice.
3. Be that as it may, the 2nd respondent is directed to investigate the case in accordance with law and ensure that no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
harm is caused to the petitioner by anyone.
4. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is closed.
