2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Public Prosecutor (CBI Cases).

3. The appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court is dispensed with. However, they shall appear before the trial Court as and when so ordered by the trial Court when the need arises for effective hearing.
