The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Section 318(4) of BNS Act in Crime No.59 of 2026, on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the enquiry on the petition filed against the petitioner has been conducted and subsequently closed.
