Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of certiorarifed mandamus to call for the entire original records of the 1st respondent in his impugned proceedings No.4898/ A2/2016 dated 25.7.2016 quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service from the date of suspension as Punch Operator at

the Government Data Centre Guindy Chennai-600 025 with all monetary benefits entitled to the petitioner as per the service rules in force.
