ORDER
The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for a Mandamus, directing the respondent to issue a certificate in respect of B.A. English (Vocational) communicative English course on par with B.A. English, pursuant to the representation dated 20.08.2012.
2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. 3.Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned for any other relief.
