Respondents PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Madras Bench relating to the impugned order dated 30.09.2021 in M.A.No.393 of 2021 in O.A.NO.1645 of 2019 and quash the same and consequently, allow the same and to direct the Central Administrative Tribunal to dispose of the M.A.No.394 of 2021 and the Original Application in O.A.No.1645 of 2019 within such time as may be prescribed by this Court.

ORDER
(The Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM,J) This writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned order dated 30.09.2021 made in M.A.No.393 of 2021 in O.A.NO.1645 of 2019 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Madras Bench and direct the Central Administrative Tribunal to dispose of the M.A.No.394 of 2021 and the Original Application in O.A.No.1645 of 2019 within a time framed.
2. Heard Mr.T.Sai Krishnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Syed Mustafa, learned Special Government Pleader (Pondy) appearing for the respondents.
3. It is the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader (Pondy) appearing for the respondents that the application of the petitioner for early hearing of the original application came be to dismissed for the only reason that pleading was not completed and the respondents have filed their counter and hence, the main original application can be disposed of by the Central Administrative Tribunal.
4. A perusal of the impugned order shows that the petitioner's application for earlier hearing was dismissed for the sole reason that pleadings were not completed. Hence, if any application is filed by the petitioner for early hearing of the original application, that can be considered by the Central Administrative Tribunal.
5. With the above observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
