ORDER

This petition is filed seeking to initiate an action against the respondent for contempt of Court, in not complying with the order dated 01.04.2021, made in W.P.No.8316 of 2021.

2. Mr.S.J,Mohamed Sathik, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent and makes a statement that the order has been complied with and patta indeed had been granted. A copy of the proceedings is also circulated to the Court.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for consideration. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
