A.No.3989 of 2022 in C.S.No.55 of 2016 G.CHANDRASEKHARAN,J., This application is filed to receive the documents, namely, the reply notice dated 03.02.2016 and the acknowledgement card dated 05.02.2016.

2.The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that he has no serious objection for allowing this application.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application and considering the fact that the documents are necessary for supporting the case of the petitioner, this Court allows this application. The documents may be received by the learned Master subject to admissibility, relevancy and proof. The learned Master is directed to expedite the process of recording evidence and complete the process.

4.Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for.
