The matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned". 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner stated that a mistake has crept into the 1st paragraph of the order passed by this Court vide order dated 11.08.2023. Accordingly, he prays for appropriate orders. 3.In view of the above statement so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the 1st paragraph of the order dated 11.08.2023 is to be read as follows:

"The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the Respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 336 & 447 of IPC r/w Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act, and Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals Act, r/w Section 9(B)(i)(b) of Indian Explosives Act, in Crime No.442 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail."
