This Writ Petition has been filed for directing the first respondent to effect the necessary name transfer to the petitioner based on representation dated 29.07.2022 made by the petitioner.

2. The petitioner's husband was allotted a house plot at No.4/303, Muthumariamman 9th Cross Street, Palavakkam Kuppam, Chennai - 600 041 in the year 1974 by the Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board under the Fisherman Housing Welfare Scheme. After demise of the petitioner's husband, she submitted the said representation dated 29.07.2022 for transfer of the allotment in the name of the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that the subject property is not at all belonging to the first respondent and it was never allotted in favour of the petitioner's husband. 2/4

4. In view of the above submission, the direction sought for by the petitioner in this Writ Petition cannot be considered and it is liable to be dismissed.
