2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the Trial has already begun. Hence, the liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout his remedy before the Trial Court. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. No Costs. Consequentially, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
