ORDER

This Criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.55 of 2020 dated 10.03.2020 on the file of the Respondent Police 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and that a closure report was filed before the learned XVI Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Chennai, as further action dropped. The Additional Public Prosecutor also submitted that the RCS notice has been served on the defacto complainant in RCS No.14 of 2022.
