The present Application has been filed to condone the delay of 87 days in filing the written statement in the above captioned suit.

2. Mr. Kaushik N.Sharma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of M/s.KNS Law Chamber for the first respondent would submit that he has no objection in allowing the present Application.

3. Heard both sides.

4.Considering the averments, made in the affidavit filed in support of this Application and also taking into account that the learned counsel for the first respondent has no objection in allowing the present Application and being satisfied with the same, the present Application is ordered as prayed for and the delay is condoned.
