No.17917 of 2022 dated 03.08.2022 passed by this Court to stay at Coimbatore and report before the Inspector of Police, Peelamedu Police Station twice daily 10.30.a.m., and 05.30.p.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police twice daily at 10.30.a.m., and 05.30.p.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that the petitioner has not complied with the conditions.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
