This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records in Cr.No.648 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent State.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Cr.No.648 of 2015 was completed and final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Thiruvannamalai.

4. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
