The petitioner claims to have given a representation dated 23.02.2016 to the respondents seeking for issuance of patta, 1.27 acres of land comprised in Survey No.58/6, 0.27 cents of land comprised in S.No.61/1A, 60 cents of land comprised in S.No.62/21 C and 11 cents with 1⁄2 hare, 5.1/2 cents with 1⁄2 share of well with 5 H.P. Motor with motor materials in Thamaraikoilyampettai Village, Parayapatty Post, Haru Taluk, Dharamapuri District.

2. Heard Mr.A.Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and there is no representation of behalf of the petitioner.

In view of the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition and without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.02.2016.
