ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 consider the representation dated 06.09.2021, consequential directing the first respondent to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

disburse the award amount similarly as per the directions of this Court in W.P.No.7070 of 2020 within time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.09.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
