This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent herein to register the complaint of the petitioner in pursuant to the order in Cr.M.P.No.5424 of 2022 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, dated 09.12.2022.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a First Information Report has been registered by the first respondent in Crime No.170 of 2023.
