Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 23.12.1999, 17.07.2008, 26.03.2009, 09.10.2009, 21.09.2012, 26.08.2013 and 19.12.2014 thereby direct the respondents to measure and sub divide the properties and earmark the boundaries and issue separate patta in the petitioner name in respect of the properties in Survey No.92/2A to an extent of Acre 2.69 cents and in Survey No.92/1B to an extent of Acre 7.39 cents in Tirumalvadi Village, Palacode Taluk, Dharmapuri District, in the name of the petitioner.

ORDER
The petitioner states that he purchased the landed property in question in the year 1995 and he is in absolute possession and enjoyment of the same. He submits that from the year 1999, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
he made several representations to the respondents to measure and demarcate the property and to issue patta to the petitioner, but the same have not been considered till now. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to consider and pass orders on his representation, within a specified time frame.
2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would point out that notice has been sent to the petitioner to produce documents, but the petitioner has not produced the documents till date.
3.In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner and the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to produce the documents as sought for by the respondents, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the respondents are directed to measure and demarcate the property of the petitioner in question, after giving notice to all the concerned parties, including the vendors, and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 19.12.2014, being the last representation made by the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four months therefrom.
