ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to extend the time by two weeks in Crl.O.P.No.13816 of 2025 order dated 30.04.2025.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to oversight, the jurisdictional court has been wrongly mentioned as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Namakkal instead of Special Court for the exclusive Trial of SC and ST cases, Namakkal in the petition. Therefore, he submitted that the petitioner was not able to comply the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 30.04.2025 within the time frame that has been fixed by this Court. Hence, he seeks for extension of time to comply with the order of this Court.

3. In view of the above submissions, this Court grants time till 28.07.2025 to the petitioner to comply with the order of this court dated 30.04.2025.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
