ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking to amend the prayer as "It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the Special Court for the exclusive trial of SC and ST cases, Namakkal to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day of surrender in Crime No.8 of 2025 before the Court on the of the 2nd respondent police and to pass such other or further orders as this Hon'ble court may deem fit proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and thus render justice" instead of "It is therefore prayed this Hon'ble court may be pleased to direct the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Namakkal to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day of surrender in Crime No.8 of 2025 before the court on the file of the 2nd respondent police and to pass such other or further orders as this Hon'ble court may deem fit proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to oversight, the jurisdictional court has been wrongly mentioned as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Namakkal instead of Special Court for the exclusive Trial of SC and ST cases, Namakkal in the petition. Hence, the learned counsel seeks for above amendment.
3. In view of the above submissions, the court below viz., Principal District and Sessions Judge, Namakkal mentioned in the prayer and paragraphs Nos.1 and 2 of the order dated 30.04.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.13816 of 2025 is amended as Special Court for the exclusive trial of SC and ST cases, Namakkal.
4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction in the order dated 30.04.2025 and issue a fresh copy of the order to the learned counsel for the parties.
