[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Petitioner has come up with this Petition challenging the impugned order of detention passed by the 2nd Respondent in Memo No.408/BCDFGISSSV/2019, dated 15.07.2019, detaining her husband as "Goonda", as contemplated under Section 2(f) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor reported that the order of detention passed against the detenu has been revoked by the Government vide G.O.Rt.No.3571 Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIII) Department, dated 23.09.2019, and he also produced a copy of the same. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
